Steps to Building a Custom Home in Kamloops With Us

Curious to know more? Here is an overview of our process for your residential home construction from start to finish:

STEP 1: CONNECT

The first step to working with us is reaching out and connecting with us. Visit our contact page where you can feel free to ask questions or inquire about getting an estimate on your custom home. This is just the beginning of your exciting build process.

Step 2: Plan

The planning phase is the most important stage of the development process because it includes multiple layers, such as lot acquisition to building plan development. At this stage, you’ll be working directly with a designer to complete your initial design. We’ll help to ensure not a single detail is missed so you can move seamlessly into the building process.

Step 3: Build

Once your initial design has been approved based on zoning requirements, building requirements, and budget constraints, your build begins. This is also the stage where the designer will be providing input for material selections and themes for interior and exterior components, allowing us to do more than just build a functional home but also achieve the look you desire.

Step 4: Celebrate

The most exciting step is last: You get to put your key in the front door and celebrate your new home. This is the most fulfilling part of our work and exactly why we do what we do.
